Giveaway Policy
Giveaway Eligibility and Selection Policies for those Entering:
* Contests are only open to US residents (unless otherwise specified), 18 years of age and older unless otherwise noted or prohibited by your state.
* Selected winners must provide a valid mailing address and in some cases phone number, excluding P.O. boxes.
* Contest deadlines are noted in each individual listing and entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST of the contest deadline.
* Winners are notified by email and must claim their prize within 72 hours (noted on email time stamp) or a new winner will be selected.
* The Healthy Living Expo cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered prizes. Delivery of prize is the sole responsibility of the providing company.
* Winners will be selected at random unless otherwise indicated in the individual post.
Blog Giveaway Policy for Companies:
The Healthy Living Expo does not accept paid product reviews or giveaways. By prior arrangement we do accept relevant products or services for evaluation. Should we choose to later review this product on The Healthy Living Expo Blog, the fact that evaluation samples were provided to us will be clearly indicated within the content of the review. Companies wishing to provide product or service for giveaway will be responsible for shipping product to the winner selected.
