The Knoxville Healthy Living Expo

For more than 10 years, The Healthy Living Expo served as Knoxville’s premier destination for health, wellness, and holistic living. This community-focused event brought together thousands of attendees and hundreds of local and regional exhibitors under one roof at the Knoxville Convention Center. It was designed to be an immersive experience where East Tennessee residents could discover the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, and medical technology while connecting with experts dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families alike.

The expo was well-known for its diverse array of interactive features, including live cooking demonstrations with healthy recipes, fitness workshops, and free health screenings. From natural and organic food samples to holistic therapies and sustainable lifestyle products, the event offered something for everyone, regardless of where they were on their wellness journey. It functioned not just as a trade show, but as an educational hub that empowered the Knoxville community to take proactive steps toward a more vibrant and balanced lifestyle.
